Terms of Service & Policies

AGE REQUIREMENTS: All drivers must be 25 years of age or older and show/possess valid proof of liability insurance

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Two (2) additional drivers are permitted for free at no extra charge.

DRIVING AREA: Travel in our passenger vans is allowed in Southern California and south of the border in Mexico, as far as Ensenada. Mexican insurance must be purchased at a cost of $30 (US Dollars) per day in order to drive / travel in Mexico.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: Customers paying by check must pay entire cost of van rental in advance and have the check cleared prior to arrival.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Check, Cash, All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Traveler's Cheques, VISA checks

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF: FREE drop-off and pick-up at airports and in certain areas (Restrictions apply, please call for details)

INSURANCE POLICIES & SURCHARGES: Renter must have valid proof of full coverage auto insurance.

LOSS / DAMAGE WAIVER FEE: $25 per day or $175 per week (optional)
